Shipments and deliveries

Customer’s order will be processed and shipped in the limits of stock availability. Preparation and shipment require 1 or 2 working days on average in the case of KIT order. The preparation of “Bello e Fatto” hat (personalized realization) requires 10 days on average instead.

The Goods will be delivered to you in the whole Italy (islands included) by DHL/SDA. In Europe and worldwide, shipment will be made by DHL Express Worldwide, delivery 48h. The possible import custom taxes, if any, depending on the single country, are not initially computable, therefore they remain at customer’s expense.
If nobody is at home, the courier will leave a message with the DHL phone number to call for scheduling a second delivery.

Free delivery in Italy on orders over € 30.
Free delivery in Europe on orders over € 80.

Prices and shipping costs

Go to the page “shipping costs”. The prices of our products are displayed in Euros, IVA included.

 

Property rights

Ownership of the Goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of them including IVA and the cost of delivery.

ATTENTION: the orders we receive with this method of payment will be processed only after the effective deposit of the amount on our bank account; deposit time may vary between 2 – 5 working days.


Terminating your order

The right of terminating your order does refer only to the purchase of the KIT version.

if you have received the Goods, You are entitled to return them so long as you provide us with written notice at anytime within 7 working days starting from the day after you received the Goods. You can send your cancellation notice by email to support@hitahat.com. Your cancellation notice must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the Goods and your order reference number. The Goods must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received them until such time as the Goods are either collected by us or delivered back to us by you. You must return the Goods with its original packaging and the original invoice or delivery note. Shipping costs for returning goods are at customer’s expense. Refunds are not allowed for returned goods with damaged or missing parts.
In case of returning of the goods your purchasing contract has to be considered canceled and the cost of the products will be refunded to you starting from the date of reception of the goods into our warehouse. The amount to be refunded will be credited by using the same payment method chosen during the purchasing process (shipping costs excluded).
It is not possible to return “Bello e Fatto” box, as this options is a personalized realization ( by request) that does not allow the right of terminating your order.

General

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Italy, with the only exception of commercial law of the United Nations, and are valid also for shipments in countries different from Italy. ADRIAFIL SRL reserves the right to change occasionally these conditions, therefore invites you to consult this page.
